Training & Coaching

Attitude, Behaviour and Competency is everything in a successful operation. Highly effective, integrated and performing teams can produce 10% on average more in efficiency and productivity, what would that mean to your operation. This results in increased production, increased reliability and availability, shorter job turnarounds, increased asset care and proactive maintenance, reduced corrective maintenance, reduced or eliminated catastrophic failures, reduced parts costs, increased lifecycle, reduced labour and infrastructure costs, all this results in more revenue and less costs.

All operations that are at a level of Operational Excellence have the same thing in common. A robust and effective training, coaching, mentoring and competency management system.  Recruiting the best available talent is important, but if they don’t get along, share the same behaviour and beliefs, then Operations Excellence cannot be sustainable.
We offer a variety of training programs that have a high focus on behaviour and are extremely powerful and effective. These have been developed from years of experience from training, developing and coaching operations personnel from all walks of life and varying cultures. How do we get everyone on the same page, working towards common goals with the same shared behaviour and beliefs?
We utilize passive Neurolinguistics into all our programs, this helps with learning and understanding, as well as retaining more of what is being learnt or the behaviours we want to infuse. Our training and coaching is also interactive and gets everyone participating, and it does make a change.
